 2010 Stop Ezekiel's Tomb From Destruction / / It's time to make ourselves heard before its too late! Alarming news has been brought to the public of the Iraqi Ministry for Culture plan to build a mosque over the Tomb of Ezekiel located in Al-kifl, a town outside Karbala. This has been a revered Jewish shrine for over 2,500 years, and was under Jewish control during the Ottoman period, and was restored and protected under the Saddam Hussein regime.  2007 Two weeks after the end of the Lebanon War, Israel is angry, the people are in shock at the abysmal failure to reach any tangible results in this battle.
